Returns:

Returns are accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached and only when product direct or damage otherwise return and refunds will be not given. 

To initiate a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

You must provide a video showing the item while opening the package to verify the condition.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer.

Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Final sale items or gift cards.

How to Return an Item:

2. Provide the opening video as proof.

3. We will send you instructions on how to return the item.
